A La Mer Et Plage are two beautiful, brand new, one bedroom, one and a half bath condominiums in the 24 unit Palm Beach complex on one of St Maarten's finest beaches, Simpson Bay. The name means "at the sea and beach" and that is certainly where you are in these charming apartments. The views from the deck and the pool area are of the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear Caribbean Sea.
